Welcome to our Site
Jon began maintaining lawns during the mid 80's as a means to support his summer waterskiing habits. With part-time help from many friends sharing the same addiction, these accounts carried him through college at St. Cloud State. While attending SCSU, Jon met Chris Sondrol at Stearns Hall Dormitory. Jon and Chris instantly became life-long friends. Chris graduated in 1995 from SCSU and went out West to Crested Butte, Colorado. In the spring of 1996, Chris moved to Balsam Lake and joined forces with Jon and his lawn maintenance company. Shortly after Jon and Amanda were married, Amanda completed her training at Koehler and Dramm Institute of Floristry in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Amanda is our lead floral designer and handles our daily retail operations. We constructed our retail garden center facility in 2001 with a goal to provide high quality products and services to surrounding communities. Since then, we have expanded our services to include the following: Landscape design/build, licensed pesticide/fertility, irrigation, snow removal, and a full-service garden center/floral shop. We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction at a reasonable price. This is accomplished by employing energetic, skilled employees who enjoy installing and maintaining sustainable landscapes in Northwestern Wisconsin!
